We want you to love your Crembroidery pieces. Since many of our items are custom-made, please review our specific return criteria below.
Customized Items are Final Sale
Because customized items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Eligible Returns
Non-customized, pre-existing designs from our marketplace are eligible for return if they meet these criteria:
How to Start a Return
Go to your order status page
You can find it in your payment confirmation or in production email.
Click submit a return
On the order status page, click the submit a return button.
Upload Photos
If the item is defective, please upload clear photos of the issue.
Wait for Approval
We review all requests within 48 hours. You'll receive an email with return shipment details.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If your custom or standard item arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
