Welcome to Crembroidery. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Crembroidery's Website and services. By accessing this marketplace, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.
Custom Orders
All custom embroidery designs must be approved by the customer before production begins. Once approved, changes may not be possible as the digitizing and material preparation process is immediate.
Production Times
Standard production time for custom t-shirts and embroidery is 10-14 business days. This timeframe may vary based on order volume and complexity. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Crembroidery is not responsible for delays caused by carrier services, customs clearance for international orders, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the user.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom-embroidered items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a clear defect in the garment or embroidery workmanship.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded images and text are accurate. We suggest reviewing sizes and color selections twice before finalizing your order.
